You must pay shipping to return the shelves, and after receiving them we will credit your account the full purchase price. If you are struggling to make a good pizza, please reach out to us and we can help walk you through the process of making an awesome pie, however, if for any reason you still want to return your QuickBrick oven kit, or accessories, please return them, and if they return un damaged, we will issue a full refund.
